Holy Basil is known as the Queen of Herbs and is an ancient adaptogen commonly used in Ayurveda to help calm anxiety, stress, balance hormones and reduce inflammation throughout the body, including skin issues.

Ashwagandha is known as the Indian Ginseng and is prized for its strengthening without over-stimulating effects. Although the Ayurvedic root has been used for over 3,000 years, it has become increasingly popular in recent times for its calming and soothing benefits, whilst promoting longevity and enhancing long-term and short-term memory.

Schisandra Berry is best known for its ability to maintain balance and help your mind and body reduce the negative effects that physical, emotional or environmental stressors can cause stress in the body.

Reishi is known as the Queen Healer Mushroom and is one of the oldest mushrooms known to be used for its therapeutic benefits. Studies have shown high anti-inflammatory benefits, boost to the immune system and is commonly prized for its calming effects on the mind and body.

Lion's Mane is a well-known nootropic mushroom which is commonly used for its NGF (nerve growth factor) production and protection abilities. Studies have shown benefits to calming anxiety, reducing stomach ulcers, improving cognitive focus, mental clarity and long-term and short-term memory.
