Maitake is a highly loved mushroom commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine for its immune-boosting properties. Studies have shown positive effects on balancing blood sugar levels, lowering cholesterol and helping the body eliminate excess fat from the body.

Ashwagandha is known as the Indian Ginseng and is prized for its strengthening without over-stimulating effects. Although the Ayurvedic root has been used for over 3,000 years, it has become increasingly popular in recent times for its calming and soothing benefits, whilst promoting longevity and enhancing long-term and short-term memory.

Cordyceps is a mushroom loved by many athletes for its ability to increase the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), essential for delivering energy to the muscles. This may improve the circulation of oxygen throughout the body, which is especially beneficial when exercising.

He Shou Wu is known as the Root of Longevity in traditional Chinese medicine and is commonly used for its anti-aging properties and to strengthen the liver, nervous system, muscles, and bones.

Moringa is known as the Miracle Tree and is prized for its ability to boost energy, reduce stress, anti-aging properties and high levels of plant protein amongst several nutrients and antioxidants varying from vitamins A, E and K, calcium and iron.

Schisandra Berry is best known for its ability to maintain balance and help your mind and body reduce the negative effects that physical, emotional or environmental stressors can cause stress in the body.
