UK Deliveries

STANDARD TRACKED SERVICE
Between 3-5 working days – £4.45.

TRACKED NEXT DAY SERVICE
Monday to Friday on orders placed before *midday – £10.00.

*Bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day.
We do not ship on Sundays or Bank holidays.

International Deliveries

Europe

STANDARD TRACKED SERVICE
Between 10-12 working days – £15.00.
Free shipping on orders over £130.00.

Rest of the World

STANDARD TRACKED SERVICE
Between 10-12 working days – £20.00.
Free shipping on orders over £160.00.

Taxes & Duties

Orders delivered to outside EU will not have VAT (UK Tax) charged on them. Depending on the country we are delivering to, you may have to pay local duties on your order which Natalia Botanicals Ltd is not responsible for.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with our range, however, if something is not right please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we shall refund your order as required.
