UK Deliveries

ROYAL MAIL SERVICE
Between 3-5 working days – £3.95

*Bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day.
We do not ship on Sundays or Bank holidays.

Taxes & Duties

Orders delivered to outside EU will not have VAT (UK Tax) charged on them. Depending on the country we are delivering to, you may have to pay local duties on your order which Natalia Botanicals Ltd is not responsible for.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with our range, however, if something is not right please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we shall refund your order as required. If you are unhappy with a product you’ve purchased please email us at info@nataliabotanicals.co.uk with the order number in the subject line.

Please note, that as a food product, we cannot accept items that have been opened/damaged.
