Ingredients

Tocos | Amla Berry | Rhodiola | Ashwagandha | Maca

Tocos is a bio-available source of vitamin E and essential amino acids to help combat the negative effects of oxidative stress. Tocos may help to hydrate the skin and connective tissues to boost natural collagen.

Amla Berry is one of the most nutrient-dense, rejuvenating and vitamin-enriched adaptogens within Ayurvedic offerings. Its high contents of vitamin C, E and B complex, flavonoids and carotenoids make the berry commonly used for its anti-bacterial properties and rebuilding and maintaining new, healthy tissues.

Rhodiola is a popular plant that has traditionally been used for centuries to prevent ill health and was also very popular amongst Vikings, who used it to enhance their mental and physical endurance. It is known to calm the nervous system, enhance mood and reduce fatigue.

Ashwagandha is known as the Indian Ginseng and is prized for its strengthening without over-stimulating effects. Although the Ayurvedic root has been used for over 3,000 years, it has become increasingly popular in recent times for its calming and soothing benefits, whilst promoting longevity and enhancing long-term and short-term memory.

Maca is a highly nutrient-dense root and is often used to nourish the hormonal system, lower high blood sugar levels and stabilise blood sugar levels. Its high levels of vitamin C helps to increase collage, fight the effect of free radicals, reduce skin damage and inflammation.
